Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MLS/CLS or related field required.
• ASCP-BOC generalist certification required.
• Minimum two years of teaching or educational experience in medical laboratory science.
• Meet NAACLS qualifications for Program Director of an MLT program.
• Continuing professional development within the last three years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the MLT program and NAACLS accreditation standards.
• Prepare and manage the program budget and resources.
• Oversee MLT course schedule and collaboration with allied health leadership.
• Lead continuous quality improvement using outcomes and data.
