Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges seeks an accomplished Nursing Education Program Director to lead curriculum development and ensure program quality across our nursing education offerings. You will guide faculty management, coordinate schedules, and oversee resources to promote timely student progression and accreditation readiness.

The role requires a Master’s degree and an active RN license (Florida), with prior nursing-education leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience in nursing education strongly preferred.
• Must meet State Board of Nursing qualifications to direct a nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum development implementation and ongoing evaluation.
• Oversee faculty management including hiring orientation mentorship performance evaluation.
• Guide academic planning by coordinating course schedules and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance advising and licensure preparation.
• Maintain compliant records and program documentation per accreditor and policies.
• Represent the program in regulatory bodies and campus committees.
• Maintain communication with students, faculty, clinical partners, and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis and action plans.
• Liaise with the Board of Nursing and accrediting agencies for timely reports.
• Promote professional development and engagement among faculty and staff.
• Participate in student-centered events to foster support and celebration.
