Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required
• Must meet State Board of Nursing qualifications to direct a nursing program
• Over 2+ years of teaching in an accredited BSN nursing program
• Over 5+ years of nursing leadership in post-secondary environment

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum development and evaluation to align with industry standards and student outcomes
• Oversee faculty management including hiring, orientation, mentorship and performance evaluation
• Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments and resources to support timely progression
• Monitor student performance, licensure prep and engagement for academic readiness
• Maintain compliant student records, evaluations and program documentation for accrediting bodies
