Job summary

The role oversees governance, curriculum, student success, budgeting, and partnerships, reporting to campus leaders within the School of Nursing. It requires nursing leadership, MSN, and RN licensure with teaching and management experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) is required.
• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field is desirable.
• Active RN license in the state where the campus is located.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a nursing program within the last five years.
• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience in academic or clinical settings.
• Curriculum development or accreditation experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of direct care experience as a practicing nurse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage campus nursing faculty and staff to ensure curricula are current.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop faculty, including onboarding orientation.
• Oversee budgeting and resource management for the nursing program.
• Coordinate with campus and School of Nursing leadership and partners.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Track program outcomes and improve learning outcomes (NCLEX, completion, graduation).
