Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) is required; Doctoral degree is desirable.
• Active RN license in the state of campus location.
• 2+ years of full-time nursing program teaching in last five years.
• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience in academic or clinical setting; accreditation experience a plus.
• 2+ years of direct care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing program governance and ensure curricular alignment with accreditation standards.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and direct faculty and staff; oversee onboarding and orientation.
• Collaborate with campus and School of Nursing leadership to improve learning outcomes.
• Monitor program metrics (NCLEX pass rates, graduation rates) and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements and budgets.
