Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist to lead education for nursing staff and contribute to patient care excellence.

You will collaborate across departments, design competency-based curricula, and facilitate clinical teaching with a focus on evidence-based practice and professional growth.

Nursing Professional Development Specialist (Finance)

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
