Job summary

  • Organize and execute major undergraduate student events (orientation, White Coat ceremonies, pinning, graduation).
  • Serve as primary liaison between students and university offices on procedures, policies, and resources.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, faculty communications, scheduling, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate purchasing and financial documentation for pre-licensure programs with the business office.
  • Coordinate licensure activities, NCLEX prep sessions, and post-graduation licensure support.
  • Monitor academic progression communications and archive committee documentation and metrics.
