The Director of Nursing, Quality, & Research provides leadership to advance nursing excellence through evidence-based practice, nursing research, and professional standards across the organization. • Establishes and evaluates nursing practice standards to ensure evidence-based, safe, high-quality patient care.
• Oversees nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
• Collaborates with nursing, quality, patient safety, accreditation, and operational leaders for practice consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Drives standardization of nursing care processes and documentation to improve outcomes.
