Qualifications

BSN with 10+ years in health care operations, clinical health care, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
Minimum 7 years of customer or patient service experience.
Requires RN license in Oregon and/or Washington with timely credentialing.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for nursing professional practice, governance, research, and innovation.
Oversee professional practice initiatives, education, patient safety, and risk management.
Lead multiple units and programs to align with organizational strategy and budget.
Set goals, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement across care delivery.
Partner with senior leaders to advance Magnet standards and clinical best practices.
