Job summary

Baystate Health seeks an experienced Clinical Policy & Practice Coordinator to support system-wide nursing policy governance, standards, and communication. Under the Director of Nursing Excellence, you will ensure policies and resources are current, compliant, and aligned with evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in MA
• Minimum 5 years progressive nursing experience
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and governance committees
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience with policy governance and system-wide nursing policy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, review, and maintenance of system nursing policies and resources
• Manage policy review schedules, version control, documentation, and governance processes
• Facilitate policy committee meetings and coordinate approvals
• Partner with nursing leaders, quality, compliance, legal, risk management, HR, and other teams
• Support regulatory surveys and accreditation readiness
• Provide guidance on templates, governance, and documentation standards
• Monitor policy metrics and identify workflow improvement opportunities
• Lead system-wide nursing communication to disseminate policy updates and changes
