Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Clinical Practice and Policy Specialist to advance nursing practice, clinical policy, and care standardization across Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD. You will lead policy development, coordinate reviews, and ensure readiness for regulatory surveys.

Collaborate with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and frontline staff to translate high-level policies into practical, evidence-based workflows that improve patient safety and outcomes in the acute care

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license with MSN.
• 3–5 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical policy development, quality improvement, or nursing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of clinical practice policies and standards.
• Coordinate policy review workflows, stakeholder feedback, approvals, and documentation in the policy system.
• Ensure policies are current, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate system-wide policies into unit-level workflows and support implementation.
