Qualifications

• Earned PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Evidence of academic leadership and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Northern New England’s first PhD program in Nursing and oversee its implementation.
• Recruit and mentor doctoral students; guide immersion experiences and coursework.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations and higher education institutions.
• Pursue internal and external funding to support research and program development.
• Teach graduate and undergraduate nursing courses and contribute to service.
