Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kentucky required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care activities on the Medical/Surgical Unit.
• Coordinate staffing and nursing activities across shifts.
• Consult with staff, physicians, and MS Manager on nursing issues.
• Participate in CQI and performance improvement activities.
• May assume patient assignment based on staffing needs.
