Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years direct patient care in acute care.
• Leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BSN preferred; current Kentucky RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the Acute Care unit.
• Takes rotating administrative call and covers shifts as needed.
• Coordinates staff education and in-services.
• Monitors quality indicators and drives process improvement.
• Attends weekly Patient Care Conference and daily meetings.
• Ensures care plans are updated and patient-centered.
