Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years nursing experience – critical care or ER preferred.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice—knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with each patient, family and/or designated care partner.
• Cultural Awareness—knowledge of people with diverse backgrounds and the ability to convey respect and connect effectively.
• Effective Communication—ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas and needs.
• Uses the language of partnership with patients and families.
• Able to promote high levels of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Basic computer skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• RN license PA.

Responsibilities

• Leads hospital-wide operational oversight across all shifts.
• Facilitates patient movement, staffing, and emergency management.
• Coordinates clinical operations and collaboration across departments.
• Provides leadership and direction for operational activities and patient flow.
• Partner with Nursing Leadership to improve staff experience and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate education and professional development for administrative nursing leadership.
• Integrate and coordinate Supervisors across all campuses.
