Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Administrative Supervisor RN to oversee patient flow and coordinate nursing activities across shifts under the Associate Chief roles. You will supervise staff, ensure quality care, and manage clinical practice, system coordination, and performance improvement.

The role requires MA RN license, BLS, five years of tertiary nursing experience; vaccination is required. This is an on-site leadership position with opportunities to contribute to community health

Formación

• Graduate of approved/accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.
• Five years of tertiary nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and expedites patient flow across Lahey continuum.
• Coordinates hospital/clinic activities during off-shift hours.
• Ensures quality nursing care and compliance with standards.
• Leads system coordination, process improvement and teamwork.
• Manages human resources, coaching and staff development.
