Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Florida RN license; national certification in a specialty within 2 years.

Responsibilities

Facilitates timely and safe patient flow and oversees off‑shift operations.
Provides staffing oversight in coordination with leadership and staffing office.
Acts as a leadership resource and incident commander for code events.
Documents census, events and flow outcomes; maintains EHR data.
Supports policy, procedure, risk, and regulatory compliance.
