• BSN or intent to complete BSN within two years.
• 8+ years of nursing experience; management experience preferred.
• Licensed RN in Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• On off shifts, weekends and holidays, acts as administrative liaison between administration, patient care staff and other departments.
• Collaborates with other health care disciplines to provide optimal patient care.
• Uses six leadership actions and adheres to customer service standards.
• Interprets hospital and nursing policy and procedures.
• Participates in staff education and development programs.
• Conducts rounds on patient care areas and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Adjusts staffing as necessary with unit management, considering patient needs.
• Monitors interactions with patients, families and the public.
