The role requires RN licensure in Washington, a Bachelor's degree, and prior supervisory nursing experience, with a focus on maintaining operational standards and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Nursing experience with supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Administrative Supervisors and Staffing Office to support 24-hour PRMCE services.
• Manage resource allocation, customer relations, and operational standards.
• Develop program and fiscal planning for nursing operations.
