Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a leader to manage the Administrative Supervisors and Staffing Office that support 24-hour PRMCE services. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Nursing experience with manager or supervisory experience.

Manage the Administrative Supervisors and Staffing Office to support the operation of 24-hour PRMCE services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations, and operational standards. Manages operations and develops program and fiscal planning for these teams. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Mission and Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
