Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document and revise operational workflows to boost efficiency.
• Assist leadership in program planning, development, and SOP creation.
• Track project performance against timelines and targets.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows and interview schedules.
• Provide admin and scheduling support for NP Fellowship and related programs.
