The role balances field visits with project management, timeline enforcement, calendar optimization, and compliance monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 3+ years in healthcare, and demonstrates strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities to track data and present updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare industry roles.
• Strong data tracking and presentation skills using Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document, evaluate, and revise operational workflows to boost efficiency.
• Assist with program planning, SOPs, and policy development.
• Track project performance against timelines and targets.
• Ensure quality assurance across departmental responsibilities.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows and interview scheduling.
• Onboard and evaluate fellows; monitor contractual obligations.
• Manage complex calendars and high-level meeting scheduling.
• Oversee IRB-approved group-based interventions and project management.
• Provide admin support for HealthySteps/CoCM programs.
• Record detailed meeting minutes and action items.
