The role supports 20 primary care locations and the NP Fellowship program, balancing field visits with project management, timelines, and compliance to meet program benchmarks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Partner with management to document, evaluate, and revise operational workflows to enhance team efficiency and elevate service levels.
Assist leadership in program planning, development, and the creation of SOPs and policies.
Help establish department goals and track project performance against timelines and targets.
Coordinate recruitment workflows, manage interview schedules, and facilitate candidate selection.
Guide new fellows through onboarding, orientation, and performance evaluation cycles while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and optimize leadership’s daily schedule.
Provide project management support for collaborative projects with external partners.
