Qualifications

• Graduate of Approved/accredited School of nursing.
• Current MA RN license and BLS certification.
• Five years of tertiary nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with Nursing Practice Guidelines.
• Maintains current professional/clinical knowledge and uses evidence-based resources to implement changes.
• Conducts regular rounds to monitor hospital activities and ensure adherence to standards.
• Investigates patient and visitor complaints and prepares summary reports.
• Serves as a clinical and administrative resource for staff and policy procedures.
• Promotes diversity and an environment sensitive to diverse populations.
