You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and adherence to Joint Commission standards while guiding a professional team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, change management, and strong communication with leadership, clinicians, and support staff to advance department goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with master's degree or enrolled in master's program.
• Three years of nursing or health care experience with increasing responsibilities.
• BLS certification.
• Current clinical license in the state of residency.
• Magnet recognized certification for specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of designated departments, divisions, programs, services and/or locations.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring competency and conducting reviews.
• Recommend department goals and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure policies meet Joint Commission and regulatory standards; revise as needed.
• Coordinate patient care resources across age-specific needs and manage escalations.
• Other duties as assigned.
