Northwestern Medicine seeks a Nursing Manager of Operations for Interventional Services. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee workflows and staffing, and ensure budget adherence while maintaining 24/7 accountability across designated programs.

Your role includes guiding teams, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards. Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with master’s degree or master’s degree in nursing.
• Three years of nursing or health care experience with increasing responsibilities.
• BLS certification required.
• Current clinical license in the state where the hospital resides.
• Magnet recognized certification for specialty area.

• Manage day-to-day operations of designated departments, ensuring workflows and staffing align with budgets and 24/7 accountability.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring competencies and leveraging NM system partners.
• Set department goals and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Ensure policies meet Joint Commission and federal/state regulations; revise as needed to deliver high-quality care.
• Coordinate patient care aligning age-specific needs with available resources.
