West Boca Medical Center, part of the Tenet Healthcare family, seeks an innovative and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing care across the hospital, directing staff and coordinating activities in the absence of department directors. The role emphasizes safe patient care, collaboration with physicians, and community liaison responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure with 2+ years of clinical and 1+ year supervision experience, plus ACLS/BLS; PALS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• RN license required and relevant nursing practice experience.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients using the nursing process.
• Direct supervision and direction of assigned personnel delivering patient care hospital-wide.
• Coordinate hospital activities in the absence of Department Directors.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, hospital staff, and the community regarding acute hospital admissions.
