You will align department performance with patient care goals, manage staff, equipment, and budgets, and collaborate across hospital services to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with Florida RN licensure and have 5+ years of nursing leadership plus 1 year of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; RN licensure in Florida.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with 1 year in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Department of Emergency Services and Satellite ED.
• Coordinate services and care across the continuum.
• Ensure quality patient care through appropriate resources, staff, equipment and budget.
