Montefiore Health System is seeking an Administrative Nursing Supervisor in Bronx, NY. This position involves providing clinical leadership for assigned nursing units, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care. The Supervisor will coordinate staffing and resources, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and support interdisciplinary collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an active RN license in New York, and strong clinical judgment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities across shifts.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent clinical nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
