Job summary
Scott Health & Rehab in Adrian, GA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for a full-time day shift. You will assist the Director of Nursing with directing, evaluating, and supervising patient care, and with developing individualized care plans and rehabilitation programs.
Requirements include an active Georgia RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years in a supervisory role in a hospital or long-term care setting. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Georgia RN license required.
- Minimum two years' supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care center.
- Training in rehabilitative, restorative nursing, geriatric, or psychosocial nursing.
Responsibilities
- Assist DON with directing, evaluating, and supervising patient care.
- Assist with assessment and development of individualized care plans.
- Participate in care conferences and coordinate MDS processes as needed.
