Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years minimum clinical nursing experience with some Charge Nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse with current registration in New York State; Specialty Board Certification preferred.
• BLS-American Heart Association certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads nursing practice using Patient-centered care models.
• Ensures Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) is integrated into clinical activities.
• Oversees staff rounding and provides feedback to improve patient experience.
• Communicates patient experience scores and staff engagement to leadership and teams.
• Manages quality and safety initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
