Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• RN licensure or current registered nurse license.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient flow through designated clinical areas.
• Develops and updates nursing policies and procedures.
• Manages nursing operations, coordinating programs and staff.
• Maintains quality of care by meeting regulatory standards and outcomes.
• Recruits, selects, orients and trains nursing staff and auxiliaries.
• Assigns patient care duties and coaches staff for performance.
• Ensures staff meet continuing education requirements and competencies.
