Job summary

In this full-time on-site role, you will collaborate with Nurse Leaders, monitor staffing and budgets, drive process improvements, and mentor staff toward professional development.

Candidates must hold a Florida RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least two years of relevant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Valid State of Florida RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, organizes, and prioritizes work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Oversees daily operations of the nursing unit and personnel.
• Provides direct patient care as needed per entity standard and assumes 24/7 responsibility when needed.
• Collaborates with Nurse Leaders to formulate and implement short- and long-term goals and monitors nursing care and documentation.
