Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience in a health care facility.
• Fluency in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Excellent supervisory skills and ability to manage nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents per established protocols.
• Supervise CNAs and HHAs in delivering resident care on the unit.
• Ensure medication administration is accurate and well-documented.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and care plans.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with the Director and families as needed.
• Oversee meals, safety, and proper nutrition for residents.
• Orient new staff and supervise activity on the unit.
