Senior Lifestyle seeks a Manager Nurse to provide direct nursing care on the assigned floors, supervise CNAs and HHAs, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. The role involves coordinating care in alignment with established policies and medical orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active LPN/LVN or RN license with current state license.
• English fluency required to communicate with staff and residents.
• Minimum 1+ years nursing experience in a health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on assigned floors according to nursing protocol.
• Supervise CNAs and HHAs in delivering resident care.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and supervise assigned personnel.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document in MOR.
• Document timely and accurate resident charts and monthly summaries.
• Assist with resident learning of self-care activities and orientation of new staff.
