Job summary

Symphony Manor, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Baltimore, MD, seeks an LPN/LVN to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure daily care tasks are completed with compassion, and assist with medication administration and charting.

Minimum 1 year of experience and an active LPN/LVN license are required. We offer health/dental insurance, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, paid training, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents.
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions.
• Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required

LPN/LVN Responsibilities Include
