Saber Health Group seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day‑to‑day SNF nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and policies.

Requirements include an active RN license (state-specific) or LPN where allowed, at least two years in a supervisory role in long‑term care, and basic computer skills for EHR systems. Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, 8:00a–4:30p, $104k–$124.8k per year.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the state you work (or LPN where allowed).
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or related healthcare setting, preferably long term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day SNF nursing operations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality patient care and compliance with standards.
