Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group in Delaware is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day SNF nursing operations, ensuring compliance with standards and resident care quality.
The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Full-time schedule Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with competitive salary.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with planning and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
- Collaborate with Administration and Medical Director to maintain high quality resident care.
- Support staff development and oversee nursing policy adherence.
