Saber Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, and direct daily nursing operations while ensuring compliance and high-quality resident care alongside leadership.

The role requires an active RN license and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with standards.
