Job summary
Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team and ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care to Residents. You will provide critical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and collaborate with departments to meet regulatory requirements with excellence.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Science, Nursing or related field is required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current State License as Registered Nurse is required.
- CPR Certification is required.
- 2 years RN experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
- Ensure the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update department policy and procedures as needed.
- Assist with staffing to ensure Resident needs and regulatory requirements are met.
- Conduct annual performance reviews of subordinate staff and provide guidance and education as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings and in-services.
