Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join its leadership team. You will help ensure high-quality nursing care for Residents and support the Director of Nursing with day-to-day operations.

The role requires an ADN or higher, RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with 5 years preferred for management. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff
• Ensure the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop, implement, and update department policy and procedures as needed
• Assist with staffing to ensure Resident needs and regulatory requirements are met
• Conduct annual performance reviews of subordinate staff and provide guidance and education as needed
• Participate in departmental meetings and in-services

Supervisory Responsibility

This position directly supervises all Nursing staff, including but not limited to R.N.s, L.P.N.s, and C.N.A.s.

Required Education and Experience

• Associates Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current State License as Registered Nurse
• C.P.R. Certified
• 2 years R.N. experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• 5 years R.N. experience
• Previous experience managing a Nursing department
