Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Delaware is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day SNF nursing operations, ensuring compliance with standards and resident care quality.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Full-time schedule Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Administration and Medical Director to maintain high quality resident care.

Position Summary

The primary function of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility. The Assistant Director of Nursing will work alongside the Director of Nursing with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work or licensed as an LPN if the state you operate in allows.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or other related healthcare facility, preferably in long term care.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p
• Salary: $104,000 - $124,800 per year
