Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Texas to support the Director of Nursing, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

This role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and program excellence in a skilled nursing setting. Ideal candidates hold RN or LPN/LVN licensure, have 2+ years of nursing management experience with a positive survey history, and can demonstrate strong clinical systems management skills while contributing to continuous education

Qualifications

• RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• 2+ years of experience as a nursing manager in a skilled nursing facility with positive survey history.
• Demonstrated skills in clinical systems management.

Responsibilities

• Assists the DON in the supervision of nursing care provided by nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
