Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Huntley, IL is seeking an experienced nurse (LPN/RN) for a full-time role. You will supervise the clinical team, train staff, and oversee resident care planning to ensure high-quality service.

The position requires an active LPN or RN license in Illinois, with at least one year of supervisory experience and strong communication skills. Prior senior care experience is preferred, and a supportive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and guide the clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Conduct initial assessments of prospective residents.
• Perform wellness assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Deliver health promotion and disease prevention education.
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians to share health updates.
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
