Job summary
Trilogy Health Services seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards under the direction of the Executive Director, Medical Director, or Director of Health Services.
You’ll collaborate with the DON to recruit, develop, and lead the clinical team, coordinate nursing and ancillary services, and participate
Qualifications
- Must hold an RN license and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills.
- Experience in nursing leadership or management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
- Assists in coordinating nursing and ancillary services to ensure continuity of residents’ care.
- Performs administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, audits, and charting as needed.
- Participates in the implementation and maintenance of QAPI programs.
- Prepares for facility surveys and accreditation processes.
