Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and oversee daily Nursing Service operations for high-quality resident care in Ohio. The role ensures regulatory compliance and collaborates with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and health services leadership.

You will coordinate clinical staff, participate in QAPI initiatives, and assist with staffing models, audits, and surveys to uphold Trilogy’s care standards and community

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in implementing the clinical staffing model and complete forms, reports, audits, and charting.
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Prepare for facility surveys and accreditation programs conducted by regulatory agencies.
