Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in organizing and overseeing the Nursing Service Department to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.

The ADON will work with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and Health Services Director to implement staffing models, coordinate services, and participate in QA/QI initiatives within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current, valid RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assists in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of residents’ care.
• Assists in implementing the clinical staffing model and completes medical forms, reports, audits, evaluations, and charting as needed.
• Participates in the QA/QI program (QAPI) and helps drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepares for facility surveys and accreditation activities conducted by regulatory agencies and the company.
