Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and maintain high-quality care under direction from the Executive Director and Medical Director.

The role emphasizes staff development, coordinating nursing and ancillary services, and participation in QAPI and regulatory

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing is required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of residents’ care.
• Assist in implementing the clinical staffing model and perform administrative duties (forms, reports, audits, evaluations, charting).
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Assist with facility surveys and accreditation processes conducted by regulatory agencies and the company.
