Belhaven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 221-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON will help ensure high-quality resident care and foster a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include supporting the Director of Nursing, coordinating care, participating in quality improvement and regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and developing policies to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in skilled nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Illinois.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Analyze and report on nursing statistics and performance indicators.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve care quality.
