Job summary
Banyan Treatment Centers in Rochester Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee nursing operations and drive clinical excellence for a new 66-bed facility. You will partner with executive leadership to scale the program and improve patient outcomes.
As a Nursing Leader, you will shape the culture, lead staffing and education initiatives, ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CARF standards, and collaborate with medical teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered care for
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan.
- ASN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of five (5) years in progressively responsible nursing leadership and management roles.
- At least two (2) years in behavioral health, substance use, or mental healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead all nursing operations ensuring compliance with state, federal, Joint Commission and CARF standards.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff to drive accountability and clinical excellence.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing workflows.
- Partner with medical and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Ensure accurate documentation, EMR compliance, and medication safety initiatives.
